Wooden Pallets

2 way pallets allow forklift entry from the front and the rear of the pallet. They are constructed with stringers. The ability to enter the pallet from only 2 entry points with the forklift can be a conundrum when it comes to stacking and space allocations.

4-way pallets offer entry from all four sides with a fork lift as well as a pallet jack, and are also favored for their heavy load capabilities as well as their versatility.

CP2 chemical pallets matches the size of EUR pallets 800mm x 1200mm.
CP2 type pallets are used for dangerous and non-hazard product shipping (powder, granules, paste, adhesives, food, liquids, waist) which is packed in cardboard boxes, canisters, fiber drums, pallets also can be used for general purposes. Wooden pallets can be heat treated, fumigated to ISPM15/IPPC requirements, marked (manufacturer license number, production date, pallet type, HT, etc.) accordingly to requirements for quality, safety and environment.

CP4 type pallets are used for chemical and many other industries, mainly for bulk, bagged (in polypropylene jumbo bags/big bags) product shipping and warehouse storage.
CP4 pallets are compatible with standard load carriers and industrial loading trucks. Static load 2000 kg, dynamic load 1500 kg. Pallets can be supplied, heat-treated, fumigated to ISPM15 requirements.

CP5 pallets for chemical and plastic industries.
CP5 pallets are exchangeable (deposit) pallets in the European Association of plastic manufacturers' pallet pool as well as the other eight models in CP range.

CP6 heavy duty wooden pallets for chemical bulk cargo shipping - polymers (PE, PP, PS, synthetic rubber, resins), chemicals (salts, polymer additives, detergents), agriculture (animal feeds, fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides) packed in sacks.
4-way entry for easy fork lifting. Depending on the size and type of sacks and shipment (rail, truck, sea freight) you will determine the most suitable size of pallet for the job. In pallet production deviations are allowed up to 2-3 mm in CP pallet range, no measurement deviation for board width and thickness (can't be less than established according to requirements), pallet shape must be square. Nailheads countersank 2-4 mm below-board surface to avoid cargo damage.

Chemical pallet CP7 dimensions are slightly larger than CP6, it is 10 cm longer and wider but serves the same purpose.
This industrial pallet is designed for bagged dry bulk material freight and storage but also can be used for other loads. CP7 are four-way pallets, meet chemical industry standards approved by APME (Association of Plastic Manufacturers in Europe) and VCI (German Chemical Industry Association). Originally CP pallets were for the transportation of chemicals but now they are widely used across different sectors. CP8 - chemical pallets with a square hole in the middle for octa bins and multi-use industrial IBC containers (tanks) with base discharge facility.

In Non-Reversible Pallets, there is a specific top face and a different specific bottom face, both of which are not interchangeable. The spacing in the pallet is utilized to have an even load distribution while multi stacking.

A reversible pallet has identical top and bottom deck boards. Many pallets are reversible, but not all. Pallets are often non-reversible to carry heavier loads and will have more deck boards on the top of the pallet. In this instance, the bottom of the pallet will have fewer deck boards while the top has many deck boards or smaller gaps between the boards. Reversible pallets are meant to carry a variety of loads while non-reversible ones are more purpose-built.
